Mrs. Susheila Williams has been involved as project manager for numerous programs serving women and children, such as organizing development programs promoting health education, social awareness and skill development in rural villages and, at present, doing rehabilitation work among prisoners and sex workers in the Central Prison.
She served as President of the YWCA for 9 years, and has served on various church committees relating to women’s issues and youth care. Mrs. Williams attended IAPCHE’s 2000 USA conference, the MLC Manila Regional leadership conference for the Asia/Oceania region, the IAPCHE Kanyakumari Consultation in January 2004, and the ICHE Seminar in February 2004 in India. She also chaired the Hosting Committee for the Chennai ‘05 Conference of the IAPCHE.
